Custom Orders

Thank you for your interest in a custom order! Please read the following policies carefully before placing your request.

Age Requirement

All purchasers and recipients must be 18 years of age or older. We have a zero-tolerance policy — no exceptions.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of placing your order. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded as production will have begun.

Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at fiendishtoyco@hotmail.com and we will do our best to find a resolution, which may include a refund or remake depending on the situation.

Handmade Products

All of our toys are modelled, developed, and hand-poured by us here in Canada. Our products are made in a pet-friendly home but are thoroughly cleaned prior to shipment. As with all handmade goods, minor imperfections may occur. These imperfections do not affect the usability of the product unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.

Care & Safety

Do not use silicone-based lubricants with silicone toys, as this will degrade the material. Clean your toy before and after each use using a scent-free detergent, or sterilize by boiling for 5–10 minutes.
