All of our toys were modeled, developed, and poured by hand. Our toys are made in a pet-friendly home, but are cleaned before shipment.
Toys are handmade and may have minor imperfections. These imperfections should not effect use of the toy. (or are otherwise stated in personal descriptions)
Do not use silicone-based lubricants with silicone toys, as this will break down the toy.
You can clean the toy by washing it with a scent-free detergent or clean it and sterilize thoroughly by boiling it for 5-10 minutes.
